Tami Weissert: Only Jesus can be called the Word of God. With today's Bible Minute, here's Woodrow Kroll.

Woodrow Kroll: He is the "Word of God." That's His name. You know, there are only two places in Scripture where "Word of God" is used as a proper name. One of them is here. Look at verse 15, it says that there is a sword that comes out of His mouth to do battle: the sword of the Word of God. You know where the other one is? John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word," that's Jesus. Only Jesus can be called the Word of God.

You know, God does things just by speaking. He spoke the world into existence. He didn't need chemicals and other things. He just spoke. And it may be that the great source of Jesus' victory will just be the word of His power. It comes right out of His mouth.
