Woodrow Kroll: Heaven is a real place. Stephen, "full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven," it says, "and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God." "Look," he said, "I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God." That's Acts 7:55-56. Stephen wasn't dreaming this; he saw a real place.

There are physical things mentioned in this real place we call "the celestial heaven." For example, God's temple is in heaven. There are elders in this heaven who are bowing down before the Lord, and they have faces. There are people up there with palm branches waving in their hands, Revelation 7:9. These are real things. These are all real places with real people.
